Mr. Bissell is my hero

There are times when I realize that Mr. Bissell’s brilliance extends far beyond memory pressure and exotic cat breeds. Behold his magnum opus!

Shall I compare MySpace to a summer’s day?
She is more scalable and more robust.
Rough queues do shake the darling servers of Profiles,
And database’s timeout hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the CPU of Messaging thrashes,
And often is its silicon complexion dimm’d;
And every counter from blue sometime declines,
By chance or network donwtime untrimm’d;
But thy eternal uptime shall not fade
Nor lose possession of those ad impressions thou ow’st;
Nor shall Pac-Man brag thou wander’st in his shade,
When in linear graphs to time thou grow’st:
So long as users can click or eyeballs can see,
So long runs this, and this gives life to Google Gears.
