Richest…Burger…Ever…
I must admit that I am a big Gordon Ramsey fan. I’m a fan of pretty much any show that focuses on berating people who bite off more than they can chew and refuse to admit it. (Interesting science fact: Early in human history the numbers of these people were kept down when they realized far too late that they were not faster than a cheetah. Now they all just seem to open restaurants.)
Anyway, I just finished a meal at Boxwood, Ramsey’s London restaurant. I was lead there by Bjorn and the promise of the world’s most amazing burger. It was pretty freakin’ spectacular to be honest with you. It might have something to do with it being a veal and fois gras burger topped with sweet carmelized onions and a pair of onion rings.

So now I’m back in the hotel in a fatty meats semi-comatose state. Thanks, Gordon.
I should also mention the scallops in sea urchin butter starter.

Very tastey, but who is milking the sea urchins to make their delicious butter?
